}Record an inbound credit
A credit the partner reports to one of its account numbers. Used by a ledger-only tenant’s own code and by PanoQore’s partner adapters alike. It is idempotent on the partner’s transaction id: a replayed notification answers DUPLICATE and credits nothing. A number with no active binding is never credited to a default account: the money is posted to the partner’s suspense account and quarantined for a person.
Refused with INTEGRATION_MODE_FULL for a partner in full integration, where PanoQore confirms credits itself. Takes no Idempotency-Key.
Scope: any one of named:write, entries:write.
